BIOGRAPHY
Licensed as both an attorney and private investigator, Andy has assisted clients with a wide variety of consulting engagements during the past 25 years. Andy is an accomplished testifier trusted by many of the world's largest law firms. His case experience includes areas such as theft of trade secrets, spoliation of evidence, internal investigations, employment disputes, government/regulatory inquiries, and fraud. Andy is a current member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets. He regularly serves as a neutral computer forensics examiner, either by court appointment or stipulation. Andy frequently lectures at CLE seminars, in university courses, and legal conferences on the topics of investigations, computer forensics, and electronic discovery.
