BIOGRAPHY

Matthew Moore provides expert witness and strategic consulting services relating to digital forensics, litigation support, and electronic discovery. He is a Director of Forensics at Sync Forensics and a licensed attorney in the state of California.

As a former litigation associate at an AmLaw50 and Global50 law firm, he has represented high-tech clients in trade secret lawsuits and major financial services corporations. He partnered with law firm and corporate clients to efficiently and effectively investigate disputes and drive toward resolution.

​

Mr. Moore has provided expert deposition testimony related to misappropriation of trade secrets and digital forensics. His scope of practice includes internal investigations, employment disputes, evidence destruction, breaches of contract, and fraud. He frequently supports clients in their efforts to successfully resolve matters without formal litigation, and he has experience with each stage of a legal dispute. Mr. Moore has worked closely with internal corporate information technology groups to advise, design, implement, and execute data preservation frameworks and streamline evidence collections workflows for multibillion-dollar companies.
